Biography
Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist.
Present owner of solo practice: Horizons Clinical Therapy (San Fran & North
California).
Therapy focuses: Healing and empowering adults and adolescents with neurodivergent
diagnosis coping with anxiety, depression, and possible trauma/Abuse. Goal to get out
of surviving into thriving. Practice Orientation Psychodynamic, Internal Family systems,
Somatic as well as Solution focused/Positive psychology. Application of Guided imagery
and Meditation. Serving clients from ethnically diverse and cultural backgrounds.
