Founder / CEO / Mom
Nina Sadauskas is a three-time Olympic swimmer, entrepreneur, and founder of Delfina Athletics, a custom athletic gear company serving swim teams, triathletes, and endurance sports communities across the country. Born and raised in Bulgaria, Nina earned a full athletic scholarship to Southern Methodist University, a top Division 1 program in Dallas, where she competed at the highest collegiate level before representing her country on the world stage.
After retiring from competitive swimming, Nina transitioned into the sports industry and eventually followed her entrepreneurial instincts to launch Delfina Athletics. What began as a local effort has grown into a nationally recognized brand known for its premium quality, unmatched product variety, and personalized customer experience. Nina’s mission is to help teams look and feel their best while telling their unique stories through custom gear. In addition to the custom gear business, Delfina has also expanded their presence to Amazon selling high-quality goggles for kids to help them become more comfortable in the water and confident swimmers.
In addition to leading a growing business, Nina is a proud mom of two boys, an advocate for water safety, and a strong believer in empowering others through sport. She’s passionate about building a legacy that inspires both her family and the athletic communities she serves. Nina sees motherhood and leadership as deeply connected and is committed to helping others balance both with intention and heart.
