Starting over isn't easy, but sometimes it's necessary. After a decade of marriage and with two young children, Queen D. Michele packed up and moved to Las Vegas. Why? Because sometimes, you need to take a leap of faith to create a better future for you and your children.

Las Vegas was booming at the time. Schools were sprouting up everywhere, and they needed teachers. It was the perfect opportunity for a fresh start.
For 11 years Queen built a new life there. She taught school, grew, and watched her children flourish. After her kids went off to college, she was ready for her next chapter.
